Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the mt4 platform, you are legally agreeing to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use the mt4 platform.

These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and any party accessing our content or services. mt4 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Use of the mt4 platform is restricted to individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction and are permitted under local law to participate in online betting activities.

Account Creation & Security

To access mt4's full services, you are required to register a personal account. Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number. mt4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact mt4 customer support immediately at [email protected].

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As an mt4 platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following usage rules:

Do not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activities under Malaysian law.
Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse mt4's systems, servers, or databases.
Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
Do not impersonate another user or provide false personal information.
Do not abuse the bonus or promotions system in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.
Do not share your account or allow any other party to use it.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of any outstanding credit balances or pending winnings.

Payment Information & Transactions

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the mt4 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details you provide are accurate and valid.

Mt4 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods. Deposit transactions are typically credited to your account within the stipulated timeframe, while withdrawals are processed once the required account verification is complete. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits set out in your account section.

Mt4 reserves the right to withhold or suspend transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity pending investigation. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

The mt4 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, mt4 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including data loss, service interruption, or betting outcomes. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that they are solely responsible for their own wagering decisions.

Account Policy

Mt4 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, system abuse, or illegal activity. In the case of suspension, mt4 will investigate and inform the user of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. Any legitimate funds in a fairly closed account will be processed for withdrawal once the investigation is concluded.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mt4 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of mt4 and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written permission from mt4.

Third-Party Links

The mt4 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. mt4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Mt4 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the mt4 platform shall be resolved through the designated channels.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
